I received my training in-house and job related. It has all been foreign based and I will like to know if there is a company that asseses your training/ experience and issues a formal certificate that can be used for further training/employment?

Maybe your former employer could issue you with some kind of certificate indicating what training you’ve had. There are companies that assess education, but not sure about training.
