Attorney General Drew Edmondson rolled out his gubernatorial campaign’s 12-point plan Thursday to create jobs and grow Oklahoma’s economy, offering a blueprint that emphasizes public education that would prepare workers for the state’s energy, aerospace and medical research industries.
