It depends on your education level. I’m in a top physical education program with high, nationally renowned standards, therefore I’m in good shape for getting a job after graduation. If you are qualified and have good experience you won’t have a problem finding a job.

At Singapore’s only paperless career and education job fair, jobseekers were able to apply for job positions without the traditional method of presenting printed copies of their resume to potential employers. All registered visitors to the physical event were given a Career Card which they could then use to electronically apply for jobs and education courses with exhibitors.

Eh, whyd you want to be one? most students hate p.e, and try there hardest to avoid it at all times! Fake notes, period cramps ect. Good luck to you anyways

Do you feel you may have an entrepreneurial spirit? We are a homeschooling family and when we lived in Ohio we had experience with one of the most remarkable people I have ever met. He was a P.E. teacher, Masters in Education and taught/coached in a couple of schools in a district. But he also homeschools his own child and saw a need in his community for homeschool P.E. classes
Although many homeschool children participate in community team sports, martial arts, swimming programs, YMCA homeschool programs, etc there was a need for even more of the structured classes we parents had when we were in school before the PE programs were cut back on due to finances.
He started teaching homeschool classes in the local community center and they were in such high demand it almost become impossible to meet the need. He has since branched out and started his own company. Here is his website and maybe it will inspire you to think outside the box of just using your skills in a brick and mortar school setting. Bright people who are highly motivated can always turn something that is their passion into a great life. Good luck and best wishes for a great teaching career!

Childhood obesity seems to be a big issue now, so I don’t see them eliminating PE teachers anytime soon.
At the very least, PE teachers give the classroom teachers a break while they have their students.
