Question by SadWoman: I am passionate about Education but I don’t want to be a teacher. Are there any other careers for me?
I am interested in helping students succeed academically, particularly poor minority students in the inner city, but I really don’t want to be a teacher. I am very interested in issues regarding educational policy, curriculum development and stuff like that. Is it possible for me to work in the field of education without becoming a teacher? Do I need a graduate degree in Education? I have a BA in Political Science with a minor in History.
