I know some countries are more in demand of english speakers than others. Is it possible to actually teach english to natives for payement without a teaching degree?

I received my training in-house and job related. It has all been foreign based and I will like to know if there is a company that asseses your training/ experience and issues a formal certificate that can be used for further training/employment?
