I am thinking about majoring in Special Education but was wondering if it is only a major that would lead me to be a teacher or if there were other options available for my career path?! Can anyone help answer this?

You could work with handicapped youth or adults in other settings like sheltered workshops or recreational programs.

There are also many jobs that require a college degree but not a specific major. These jobs are available in businesses, government, and nonprofit organizations.
