Question by Kd: Where can I search for Teachers assistant jobs, or support staff in schools?
I am currently enrolled in college courses for Social Science with Education Concentration, and will then take Teacher certification. I would really like to get my foot in the door with a local school, but I dont know where to go to search for job openings within the schools. Does anyone know where I can go to search for openings, without having to actually go to each and every school website. I live in Tennessee.

Summit Academy. I am pretty sure they have schools in a few different states and they have TAs in every classroom. They are a charter school btw.

Work you connects, online website like Monster, just wouldn’t do it any more. Go to a few prospective schools and speak to the administrator. trust me they will be more inclined to hire someone who came and made a physical inquiry then someone who just applied online. Be one step ahead of the competition. Best of Luck.
